Tracy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2005. She earned her master’s degree in social work at USC and currently pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. Her passion is working with teens and young adults with extensive training in all aspects of mental health throughout the lifespan. Tracy’s theoretical orientations are cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic treatment approaches as well as applying evidence-based mindfulness practices. Her specialties include treating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, adjustment issues (stress-related conditions), and interpersonal relationship difficulties.
Tracy’s goal as a psychotherapist is to work collaboratively with clients to determine treatment
objectives and goals and help them to achieve these goals. She is dedicated in helping clients make
positive, lasting changes and improve their quality of life by developing healthy coping strategies
to manage daily life and lessen emotional distress. Tracy strives to develop a strong therapeutic
alliance, obtain ongoing feedback from clients and provide a safe, empathic, and confidential
environment.
